the carew park residents were told that it will be fife to ten years before any work begins in any of the regeneration…..so dont think this problem of antisocial behaviour will be solved any time soon……ps Carew Park is a very nice area to live, and 90% of the houses are privately owned, so how they plan to demolish them is beyond me…will we see something on the lines of the houses at the back of thomand park where they were bought for 3times there value just to get them out.

“our master plan”? wow brand new houses will cure the residents problems. hopefully Mcnamara construction is not involved, as the residents in a Dublin area have been told there “brand new housing master plan” is to be dalayed- a side affect of an economic slow down. it could have been worse, they may have master planned for brand spanking new houses!
