Outsiders: A contemporary art festival

Underway in the city from today is a contemporary art festival put together by people with special needs. The festival includes a screening of “Inside I’m Dancing” at the Beltable, to an exhibition of works of art at the White House pub. There is also a painting workshop taking place at the Limerick Printmakers.
